(KR) The Korean governement buying cow elephants from Cambodia~

Hello everyone,

 

Kindly find the following newspaper article about Korean government's plan

on buying elephants from Cambodia.

 

It seems the Cambodian government are kin on selling their elephants not

knowing this is violating CITES regulation.

 

We are sure the Cambodian government are not familair with ideas that this

exotic animals are displayed outside at the zoo for visitors in Korea's

harsh winter which easily gets minus 20 in February.
