Extraordinary Rescue Groups in East Asia

The first rescue organization has been founded in Cebu City, Philippines! IRO,

Island Rescue Organization, Inc. is affiliated with Friends for the Protection

of Animals, a non-profit organization in the United States. IRO had their first

general meeting on March 27th with over 40 people attending. The goal of IRO is

to have a rescue center/sanctuary in the island of Cebu to help tortured,

abused, and abandoned animals. Will keep you all posted on the developments.
