Dear Asiatic Lion, Nature  & Wildlife lovers and Wellwishers

 

Last of the Critically endangered Asiatic Lions / Persian Lions continue to

survive in India in small number. Kindly join the following parallel groups to

help conserve them and bring about better awareness for their conservation. If

you do become a member of both the following parallel groups please do send all

your posts to both so that the Critically Endangered Asiatic Lions can have more

coverage and presence online. Membership to and Facebook Groups is FREE.

 

Kindly also assist in finding and posting / archiving all Asiatic Lion related

Complete News and Research Articles with original " web source links "  from local

and international newspapers on these groups so that these articles are avilable

together in these group Archives / Posts for further reference and research by

serious scientists, conservationists, researchers, grassroot workers and media

persons who are actually helping conserve these last lions of Asia on the field

and / or helping shape policy matters that will help in longterm conservation of

this critically endangerd Big Cat. (Note: original source links of news articles

of copyrighted artcles for information and research)

 

One of our aims is also to build a complete year wise historical News Archive on

Asiatic Lions (interested members can collaborate on preparing this). This

archive we intend to post online in our group posts and when possible elsewhere

too so that it can be searched and remain avilable online to help present and

future researchers working on the conservation of last critically endangered

Asiatic Lions.
