Guest guest
I don't like veggie dogs either. I used to really enjoy the Quorn brand of hotdogs, but they were discontinued due to lack of sales. Grrr, even my omnivore daughter, who will never eat a " real " hotdog would eat the Quorn ones. I wrote the company begging them to make them again, but for some reason, they don't want to lose a ton of money for me........ hmmmph! hugs, Chanda - Traci Vujicich Wednesday, September 03, 2008 11:11 AM Re: Carrot dog Excellent!!! Guest guest
Oh yeah. My grill pan is my friend. Last year for my birthday, DH bought me a $750 BBQ. Then, I went all vegetarian on him! So, now when I'm grilling up his food, I make myself this incredible grilled veggie sandwich. I make this kick a$$ BBQ sauce (which I will give you the recipe this weekend) and, MAN, slurp slurp. That's why I am so glad to have found this group. I am a *major* foodie, but only became a vegetarian in February. I went through the " processed food " phase, but am over that. Now I am committed to becoming as good a vegetarian cook as I was before... Nice to meet you all! Life is way too short to waste your precious time doing work you don’t love, enduring relationships you merely tolerate, and settling for limiting thoughts that hold you back.
