Donna,

I was going to make your linguine with not-clam sauce tonight but I

don't know what the old bay seasoning is. Can you please let me know

so I can make it tomorrow instead.

It is with the fresh fish here in Illinois too. I have never purchased it

because I am not sure what to use it with and how it will taste.

Here, in California, it's usually with the fresh fish and not in the " spice

aisle " .

try poultry seasoning with crumbled tempeh and mayo, makes a great

chik'en salad. The poultry seasoning doesn't taste like poultry. If you do

want some ocean flavor you can add kelp powder.
