Can I freeze hummus? I made too much and my husband is not a fan. he says he

will eat it if I put some dill pickle juice in it??? I don't think so. I was

thinking I could freeze it in single servings and then vacuum bag them. I do

that with pesto which he also doesn't like.

Thanks

I freeze it all the time. It will draw a little water but tastes fine.

I love hummus with dill pickles! That has been my sandwich of choice

this summer! :hummus, homemade dill pickle slices, spruts, and carrots

wrapped in a pita. It is really good!

this is a website for a group called Friendly Freezer, it has a wonderful guide

on how to freeze lots and lots of stuff.  I dont know if it has anything about

hummus but there is a guide towards the bottom of the page that is worth the

time to go through it.

Yes it does have freezer guides for meet but you can ignore that area.
