Guest guest
Can I freeze hummus? I made too much and my husband is not a fan. he says he will eat it if I put some dill pickle juice in it??? I don't think so. I was thinking I could freeze it in single servings and then vacuum bag them. I do that with pesto which he also doesn't like. Guest guest
I love hummus with dill pickles! That has been my sandwich of choice this summer! :hummus, homemade dill pickle slices, spruts, and carrots wrapped in a pita. It is really good! Maureen > > Can I freeze hummus? Guest guest
this is a website for a group called Friendly Freezer, it has a wonderful guide on how to freeze lots and lots of stuff. I dont know if it has anything about hummus but there is a guide towards the bottom of the page that is worth the time to go through it. Yes it does have freezer guides for meet but you can ignore that area. http://snider.mardox.com/OAMC.htm 'Do what thou wilt, but harm none'.
