My name is Cathleen and I thought I'd introduce myself having just joined today. I am a 49 y/o vegetarian since the age of 14 (yeah, a looonnnngggg time ago!). I come from a long line of farmers who were absolutely mortified by my decision to shun meat <Grin> but it's the best one I ever made and I still feel that way. I am a professional in the health care field and have always been interested in nutrition and vegetarianism, so I am delighted to discover this group. My goodness - no wonder you were voted one of the best, from what little I've seen so far I am very impressed! It looks like an awesome site!!
