Pickled Tiny White Onions 

 

tiny

white onions

pickling salt

water

vinegar

 

Peel onions. Into a glass bowl, cover onions with

water.

Sprinkle with pickling salt; leave to soak for 24 hours.

Drain

onions; transfer onions into jars.  Fill jars with vinegar. Boil filled

jars for 10 minutes. Remove and seal jars immediately.
