Guest guest Posted August 27, 2008 Report Share Posted August 27, 2008 Hi, I am slowly trying to change my eating habit's to get away from beef but I am not a great fan of vegetables. I like fruit alot but my question is what can I do to slowly shift my foods towards more vegetables into my diet. I need easy recipes that taste good. I think my transition will take time.
