Guest guest
Hi, I'm Astrid. I would like to start a life long plan of having a 16 oz cup of green juice every week but I'm unsure of how to start. I have juiced cucumbers with pineapple a few weeks back and it wasn't too bad. My husband drinks seaweed juice from the store and I have heard of wheat grass juice but I am not sure of either. Does anyone have any other ideas on how I can get started or on what I can juice? Guest guest
My favorite is Spinach Apple. The ratio I use is about 2 apples to 10 ounces of Spinach. My boyfriend like to put Cilantro in his, it's good for chelation but I can't stomach that much Cilantro. If you search for juice recipes you will come up with a huge amount of recipes and tips. Happy juicing! Guest guest
I like honeydew melon with kale and ginger. I add hot peppers in there too sometimes. Carrots, celery and apples are good too. , " Astrid " <afterspook wrote: > > Hi, I'm Astrid. > I would like to start a life long plan of having a 16 oz cup of green > juice every week but I'm unsure of how to start.
