Why don't you start in the salad folder and see if any of those recipes

are ones you might wany to try. Maybe if you grate your vegetables raw

on top of your salad you might enjoy them better. You can also steam

them and puree them and stir into sauces. Have you tried to juice any

vegetables yet? That's a thought too. if you add some melon or apple

to the juicing you will enjoy the flavor better, the fruit will add

some sweetness for you. Hope these ideas have helped you.
