Does anyone have a recipe for a medley of vegetables cooked in phyllo

pastry which was printed in the LCBO Food and Drink magazine at least 2

or more years ago. I've searched their directory and can't find it.

The ingredients were very simple - just a mix of veggies that you like -

filled in a phyllo pastry and in the shape of a loaf.
