Guest guest
Hi Isis, and thanks for responding. Any and all suggestions are wonderful for me and I thank you for taking the time to write me. I do like to steam my veggies and to roast them with olive oil and I also used to have this huge garden in my yard and had everything growing in it and the only thing I didn't care for were beets.. Now the beet greens I loved but over the years I have gotten away from vegetables and I need to start adding them back into my diet. I don't have a juicer but that would be a tasty change especially with a little apple or something juiced into it.. yum. You have given me some great ideas and I know that soon I will be adding more and more veggies to my life and will be a happier and healthier lady Thanks again Jackie , " isisdarkshade " <isisdarkshade wrote: > > Why don't you start in the salad folder and see if any of those recipes > are ones you might wany to try.
