Guest guest Posted August 30, 2008 Report Share Posted August 30, 2008 Pasta With Tomatoes And Black Beans 1 cup green onions. sliced 1/8 " thick 28 ounces tomatoes, canned, diced 15 ounces black beans drained 1 can artichoke hearts, cut in quarters 1 pound pasta, cooked as directed 1 dash salt 1 dash red pepper flakes 3/4 teaspoon oregano freshly ground pepper 2 teaspoons olive oil 2 cloves garlic, minced Cook pasta as directed. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in the bottom of a medium saucepot. Add green onions and sauté,for 5 minutes. Add seasonings and stir for 1 minute. Add tomatoes, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
