Guest guest Posted August 30, 2008 Report Share Posted August 30, 2008 MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master v8.06 by AccuChef www.AccuChef.com Title: Vegetarian Stir Fry Categories: Main Dish Yield: 4 Servings 1 medium onion cut in half -and sliced -medium thick 1 T vegetable broth 4 medium cloves garlic,pressed 1 T minced fresh ginger 1 red bell pepper cut into ½ -inch pieces 1 c sliced fresh shiitake -mushrooms,(remove stems) 2 c sliced green cabbage 5 oz extra firm tofu cut into ½ -inch cubes 2 T soy sauce 1 T rice vinegar 2 T chopped fresh cilantro 1 T sesame seeds salt and white pepper to -taste [Note: I love recipes that use whatever I have available in my refrigerator and this one is great for that. So while we have recommended particular vegetables for this dish, you can feel free to use whatever you may have on hand.
