Guest guest Posted August 30, 2008 Report Share Posted August 30, 2008 Blackberry and Walnut Vinaigrette 1/2 tsp. honey mustard 2 tbsps. blackberry vinegar 3 tbsps. walnut oil 3 tbsps. olive oil 1 tbsp. minced fresh tarragon salt to taste In a bowl whisk together the mustard, the vinegar, and salt to taste, add the oils in a stream, whisking, and whisk the vinaigrette until it is emulsified.
