polenta replacing cheese

No Way! It tastes nothing like cheese, it's a nice addition but I'll

take my luscious cheese any old day!

Doesn't take the place of delicious cheese for me. It is what it is,

crumbles gooey cooked cormeal.

I guess you can tell yourself anything if you really want to.
