Raisin Bran Muffins (Refrigerated)

15 ounces Raisin Bran

2 1/2 cups sugar

5 cups flour

5 tsp. soda

2 tsp. salt

4 eggs, beaten

3/4 cup oil (to save calories, sometimes I use 1/4 cup oil & 1/2 cup

applesauce)

1 tsp. cinnamon

1/4 tsp. cloves

1/2 tsp. nutmeg

1 quart buttermilk

Mix together all at once. Must let set overnight or 8 hours in

refrigerator before baking first batch or they don't bake right. Bake

at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Makes about 4 dozen. Dough stays

good in refrigerator 3-4 weeks so you can bake them up hot whenever

you want!
