Guest guest Posted September 3, 2008 Report Share Posted September 3, 2008 Serves 1: 1 piece mango (4 oz), 1tbsp lime juice, 2 tsp honey, 2/3 cup cold carrot juice, 2 tbsp protein powder, 2 pinches ground ginger Peel mango, cut a small wedge for garnish. Chop remaining mango and put in blender. Add lime juice, honey and 1/2 of the carrot juice and blend for 15 seconds. Add the remaining carrot juice, protein powder and ginger and blend well for another 10 seconds. Put ice cubes in a large glass and pour the mixture over the top.
