Guest guest Posted September 3, 2008 Report Share Posted September 3, 2008 Serves 1: 3 oz strawberries, 2 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp honey, 2/3 cup cold pineapple juice, 2 tbsp protein powder. Set aside one strawberry for garnish. Cut remaining into quarters. Add berries to blender with lemon juice, honey and 1/2 of the pineapple juice. Blend thoroughly for 15 seconds. Add the protein powder and the remaining juice and blend for an additional 10 seconds. Pour the mixture into a tall glass. Garnish rim with strawberry. Serve drink with straw.
