Guest guest Posted September 3, 2008 Report Share Posted September 3, 2008 Serves 1: 7 oz watermelon (could use honeydew of galia melon), 2 sprigs fresh mint, 1 tbsp apple juice concentrate, 2 tbsp orange juice, 2 tbsp protein powder, 2/3 cup cold low-fat milk (soy milk works) Peel melon, remove seeds, cut into pieces and add to blender. Rinse the mint, set aside a small sprig for garnish. Remove remaining mint leaves from stem, chop and add to blender with apple juice concentrate and orange juice. Blend contents thoroughly for 15 seconds. Add the protein powder and milk and blend for an additional 10 seconds. Place ice cubes in a tall glass and pour juice over. Garnish with mint.
