Guest guest
Cheesecloth is a loose fabric resemblig a gauze mesh - it is often found in the baking asile but more often the cleaning aisle since it is great for dusting and polishing (reuseable too). I have also used clean Muslin in a pinch and if you make your own veggie sausage (I make veggetarian Haggis so much tastier than the original ) the muslin works really well since it has a tighter weave - just use a steamer instead of a boiler to not over soak the sausage. For a truely vegetarian/vegan friendly soup base use Celifibr Vegetable Medley Gluten-Free Bouillon Cubes - it is very tasty, and to me it tastes less salty than other brands. Good Luck!
