I recently joined your group because I want to change my eating habits to include healthy no-meat meals. Even at my age of 60+, I figure it's never too late to change my ways! Anyway, that's where this group comes into the picture for me. I don't know enough about which foods to eat to have a nutritionally balanced vegetarian meal. So, I'm looking forward to reading recipes and helpful hints here. And in turn, I'll share anything I learn if I think it will be helpful to the group.
