That seems to be a similar quest to the one I am on at this time. What meat replacement foods have the " smoked " flavor? That seems to be something I am " craving " --I have not found anything with THAT flavor, except I know there may be " fake ham " out there somewhere and that wasn't what I had in mind. (Smoked faux sausage, by any chance???--that would be wonderful!) Do you have brand names to pass along? I see from your signature--do you live in Arizona? Anywhere near to Flagstaff, Sedona, Prescott?? My DD (daughter) and son-in-law live in Sedona, but they get around to Flagstaff and as far west as Jerome, sometimes Prescott, as well. If I go out to visit them next Spring, maybe there is some place I can look for some of those foods? The ones that have smoked flavor were the only ones I wasn't fond of, they seemed too strong or " chemical tasting.
