Guest guest Posted September 6, 2008 Report Share Posted September 6, 2008 MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master v8.06 by AccuChef www.AccuChef.com Title: Grape And Arugula Salad Categories: Side Dish Yield: Servings 1 c seedless green grapes 1 bn arugula,(4 cups) 2 T thinly sliced fresh fennel 1 T extra virgin olive oil 1 T fresh lemon juice salt and cracked black -pepper to taste 3 oz gorgonzola cheese [Note: © 2001-2008 The George Mateljan Foundation ] Wash and dry grapes, arugula, and fennel in a salad spinner if you have one. Otherwise dry with paper towels so dressing is not diluted. Arrange on plate with cheese and drizzle with dressing.
