Guest guest Posted September 6, 2008 Report Share Posted September 6, 2008 Chilled Peach Soup with Parsley 4 medium peaches, chopped 2 cups orange juice 2 cups peach nectar 1 cup plain yogurt 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. brown sugar Without peaches this soup is the pits! In a large bowl, combine the peaches, orange juice, peach nectar, yogurt, parsley, lemon juice, and sugar. In a food processor, purée the mixture (in batches, if necessary), or use a hand blender.
