Guest guest
I put 2-1/2. Cups of water to one cup of beans. Salt when they are done as salt makes beans tough while cooking. Add a spoonful of oil or vegetable oil as this keeps the skin on the beans. When pressure builds turn down the flame and cook about 55 mins. Have fun Donna Sent via BlackBerry from T-Mobile " Julie " <cavaliercutiepie Sun, 07 Sep 2008 15:33:54 Julie Re: Pressure Cookers ( Canada) Okay I just got in from tracking with my dog so we are going to give this pressure cooking a try... here goes!
