I suggest you keep some trail mix in you bag, this is good for an anytime

pick me up.

I keep some at my desk, the I make is a mixture of cashews, almonds,

walnuts, some macadamia nuts, cheerios, dried cranberries, dried blueberries and

some dried papaya.

Peanut butter and crackers are also a great snack.

Tomorrow I embark on my first business trip since I became a veggie.

This will be a challenge, b/c on past trips I have grazed on whatever

was conveniently available. I have ideas for survival: snag cereal,

fruit, veggies when the opportunities present themselves; I'll certainly

find a Subway somewhere along the line, and the veggie

burger at Burger King is a good fallback. I will be tempted to stray,

but I will be OK, especially with your prayers and any other travel

survival tips you guys might offer. (I am about 80% vegan, so egg-

and dairy-free suggestions are especially welcome.) Thanks!
