I have very little experience with a PC but I'm going to investigate

them asap. I would really enjoy beans that don't take hours or a

half day to cook.

back from my next trip, I'm going to dust off the pressure cooker

and try the beans too. I have very limited space in my kitchen so

the pressure cooker, Cuisinart Griddler, crock pot, and both rice

cookers seem to never see the light of day. I'm determined to get

them all out, one at a time, and use them. if DH loses his reserved

counter space....... ......... ...tough! !! He'll learn to adjust if he

wants to taste what I've been cooking.
