We were talking about these new veg burger last week and different ways you can

use them. You can eat like a burger, make a faux Chinese chik salad, etc. I

really like the.n you can taste the crunchy waterchestnuts and there is a small

hint of spice, not hot jiust flavorful. So far I have only seen them in a small

neighborhood market of all places.

in our files or is this a produce you buy and like.

taste like meat, but if it is really good, I would like to try it.

Back before I learned better, we used to love cooking our real thing

burgers on the gril and having a bit of potato salad and a cold beer.

Since I no longer eat or cook that other stuff, our burger days are

over and we both mniss them.
