This is not tried and true.? I have no idea how well it works.? Just thought it

was a great way to satisfy a chocolate craving and not have it hanging around

for days calling out to you.? Also something fun for kids to try.? If anyone

tries this before I do, would love a review!

5 MINUTE CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE

1 Coffee Mug

4 tablespoons flour (that's plain flour, not self-rising)

4 tablespoons sugar

2 tablespoons baking cocoa

1 egg

3 tablespoons milk

3 tablespoons oil

3 tablespoons chocolate chips? (optional)

Small splash of vanilla

?

Add dry ingredients to mug, and mix well.? Add the egg and mix thoroughly.

Pour in the milk and oil and mix well.

Add the chocolate chips (if using) and vanilla, and mix again.

Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts. The cake

will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be? alarmed!

Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate if desired.

EAT! (this can serve? 2 if you want to share!)

?

And why is this the most dangerous cake recipe in the world??

Because now we are all only 5 minutes away from? chocolate cake at any time of

the day or night!

Hey there TendrMoon! I just tried it and when I tipped it over onto a

plate it had made it's own gooey chocolatey topping. My family tasted

it while it was still warm. Anyways... WOW!!! LOVED IT! Thank you for

posting.

I just made this with my daugher, as soon as we saw the recipie we had

to try it - lots of fun to make, quick with no pans to clean up! best

bit is it tastes good (although we only had hot choc). All the choc

chips sank to the bottom and gave a really gooey covering when we took

the cake out, didn't wait for it to cool before we ate it. Thanks

I have a more powerful Microwave than a 1,000, so I cut back the cooking

time to 2-1/2 minutes. really simple!! no clean up to speak of. Chocolate

cravings are now held at bay!!! giggle!!
