Has anyone here ever heard of, seen in a store or tried hemp milk? I

went to my local Trader Joe's and they had never even heard of it, but

then later found some at My Organic Market (MOM's). The brand I found

was Living Harvest and it comes in plain, vanilla and chocolate. My

son and I like it, but my mother thinks it's awful (reminds her of the

clay she mixes up at the potter's wheel). To me, it's creamy and

nutty like (I've only tasted the plain). It's high in omega 3 & 6

fatty acids and contains vit B12, riboflavin, phosphorus, niacin,

thiamin, magnesium, zinc, vitamin E, Vit D, iron and calcium. I think

that one serving contains a lot of sugar (15g) per one cup. I'd like

to just hear your expert opinions on hemp milk or what you think of it.

Kindly,

Steph

Yes Stephanie I like it. I love hemp anything. The butter, nut seeds, oil,

etc. I use hemp all the time.

Trader joe's doesn't carry any hemp products but Whole Foods does or try finding

it online. Amazon has the nut seeds.

I love Hemp milk, its my second favorite kind (oat is still my favorite) I

find it at the supermarket (Giant) and also at a couple of the local health

food stores. I like that it's creamier than rice milk and has an interesting

flavor.

I like it a lot, I don't buy it too often, its a little on the expensive side

and I like rice dream just as well.  Actually I've been buying Wegmans rice

milk, its organic tastes just as good and its cheaper.  I don't drink it, I use

in my cereal.   I use Hemp milk in my smoothes sometimes.
