Guest guest Posted September 13, 2008 Report Share Posted September 13, 2008 I have one of those Cuisinart Mini Prep Plus Processors -- which is sort of a very tiny food processor with only the steel blade. I have trouble finding unsweetened dried coconut around here, so ordered some online. It comes as " coconut chips " rather than shredded. Since the booklet cites chocolate, peppercorns, and seeds as appropriate for this processor, does anyone think that there would be a problem if I used the Mini Prep to shred dried coconut chips?
