Guest guest Posted September 14, 2008 Report Share Posted September 14, 2008 Garlicky Potatoes 6 medium potatoes ( leave peels on) 1 stick margarine French salad dressing 5 crushed garlic cloves Preheat oven to 400 degrees Peel 6 medium potatoes and slice in half length wise. Melt 1 stick of Margarine in a heavy skillet. Place potatoes in square casserole dish. Brush them with margarine. Cover and bake 30 minutes. Test for doneness with a toothpick, should be slightly brown. Turn over and brush with French dressing and sprinkle with crushed garlic cloves and toss.
