Guest guest
Angela, Thanks. Yes a coffee grinder is good for that. lpbfhl was the one wanting info about shredding it though. I don't think she wants it in the powder form though, so I suggested she watch her food processor carefully as she pulses the coconut chips in it to make them into small, more shred like size. BTW what do you like to use your coconut powder in. My mind is thinking of all kinds of things, like smoothies, pancake batter, cookies, etc. Judy - mrs.fabulous Monday, September 15, 2008 3:17 PM Att: Judy Shredding Dried Coconut? Hi Judy.... To your specific question...I DO use a coffee grinder 4 making raw unsweetened SHREDDED coconut powder. (Also great 4 r powdering raw seeds and nuts.) Guest guest
Judy, writing from my phone. I realised after the fact that I replied to the wrong person... Use seed and/or nut powder in my raw oat concoctions and often in my smoothies.
