Thanks.

Yes a coffee grinder is good for that. lpbfhl was the one wanting info about

shredding it though.

I don't think she wants it in the powder form though, so I suggested she watch

her food processor carefully

as she pulses the coconut chips in it to make them into small, more shred like

size.

 

BTW what do you like to use your coconut powder in. My mind is thinking of all

kinds of things, like smoothies, pancake batter,

cookies, etc.

Hi Judy.... To your specific question...I DO use a coffee grinder 4 making raw

unsweetened SHREDDED coconut powder. (Also great 4 r powdering raw seeds and

nuts.) AnGELA

Judy, writing from my phone. I realised after the fact that I replied to the

wrong person... Use seed and/or nut powder in my raw oat concoctions and often

in my smoothies. AnGELA
