Basil and Garlic Potatos

 

11 medium potatoes, thinly sliced

4 cloves

garlic, minced

2 teaspoons dried basil leaves, crushed

1/4 teaspoon ground

black pepper

1 3/4 cups vegetable broth

 

In 3 quart shallow baking dish layer half the

potatoes, garlic, basil, and

pepper. Repeat layers. Pour broth over potato

mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender. Yields 8

servings.
