Guest guest Posted September 16, 2008 Report Share Posted September 16, 2008 Basil and Garlic Potatos 11 medium potatoes, thinly sliced 4 cloves garlic, minced 2 teaspoons dried basil leaves, crushed 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper 1 3/4 cups vegetable broth In 3 quart shallow baking dish layer half the potatoes, garlic, basil, and pepper.
