I've not done it. I recommend using a food processor for coconut. Maybe she has some ideas and suggestions. I know a lot of folks grind flax seed and other small seeds like this and they have oil in them. Most dedicate a coffee grinder that you grind up spices and seeds with for just that and not using it for coffee.
