I have had a pizza stone since Christmas and haven't been able to get it right. The pizza has always stuck to the stone. I used your technique last night and it was GREAT. Also, I tried some of the Soytastic cheese (or whatever it's called) and it was great. Sadly, as I was eating it, I noticed that it has casein in it, so it's not vegan. But it's better than eating a big ole hunk of mozzarella! Anyway, thanks for the pizza stone tips!!
Guest guest
Will do. Is it good? I'm going to finish this bag of the other stuff, and will try that next. I was SO happy to have pizza last night. It's been six months!!!
