Will do.  Is it good?

I'm going to finish this bag of the other stuff, and will try that next. I was

SO happy to have pizza last night. It's been six months!!!

Hey, thank you for this!

I have had a pizza stone since Christmas and haven't been able to get it right.

The pizza has always stuck to the stone. I used your technique last night and it

was GREAT.

Also, I tried some of the Soytastic cheese (or whatever it's called) and it was

great. Sadly, as I was eating it, I noticed that it has casein in it, so it's

not vegan. But it's better than eating a big ole hunk of mozzarella!

Anyway, thanks for the pizza stone tips!!

It is good.  I love cheese but have cow's milk allergy so I can't have it.

only dairy I miss is cottage cheese but if you experiment you can work around

almost anything.  If you press all the water out of firm tofu and crumble it,

add a little salt and dash of lemon juice it's a pretty good cottage cheese sub.

Donna

I will have to get my sisters vegan lasagna recipe.

Non-vegetarians eat it and have no idea it's Vegan Gourmet cheese and TVp for

the meat-sub.
