I would like someone to try it, be my guinea pig, and I also had to post it as we were just talking about this subject. so somebody make this for me? LOL I got it from the website Donna just posted for sprouts.com hugs, Chanda Spider Web Soup Makes 1 serving Ingredients 1 C butternut squash soup 1 T sour cream 1/4 tsp. milk 1 plastic spider Directions Heat soup according to package directions; pour into shallow bowl. Combine sour cream and milk in a zip-type plastic bag. Snip a tiny part off one of the bottom corners. Squeeze sour cream mixture through the hole into concentric circles (like a bulls-eye) on top of the soup. Starting in the center, draw a knife through the sour cream to the edge of the bowl in about 8 places. Put the spider in the center of the " web. " Note: Approximate values per serving: 152 calories, 5 g fat, 7 mg cholesterol, 1 g protein, 24 g carbohydrates, 0 fiber, 378 mg sodium, 30 percent calories from fat. - thelilacflower Vegetarian Group Thursday, September 18, 2008 2:57 PM Sprouts Farmers Mkt.
