sesame and sunflower

I sure do love that sunflower butter, and my daughter loves it too.

 

anyway, here are nutrition comparisons:

 

 

 

Sesame seeds are a very good source of the minerals copper and manganese. They

are also a good source of magnesium, calcium, iron, phosphorus, vitamin B1 and

zinc. In addition, sesame seeds are a good source of both dietary fiber and

monounsaturated fats.

 

Sunflower seeds are an excellent source of vitamin E. They are also a very good

source of vitamin B1. In addition, sunflower seeds are a good source of

manganese, magnesium, copper, selenium, phosphorus, vitamin B5 and folate
