They are not vegetarians, but I have been for a long time. My son is alleric to dairy, so I am used to cooking with rice or soy milk. I take great pleasure in feeding them vegetarian meals without them ever knowing it!! I enjoy trying new recipes and recently attended a cooking class at the only local vegetarian restaurant.
