Hello,

My name is Denise and I live in Alabama with my my husband & 10 year

old son. They are not vegetarians, but I have been for a long time. My

son is alleric to dairy, so I am used to cooking with rice or soy milk.

I take great pleasure in feeding them vegetarian meals without them

ever knowing it!! I enjoy trying new recipes and recently attended a

cooking class at the only local vegetarian restaurant. I look forward

to getting to know all of you.

I live in Salem, which is near Auburn.  My son goes to school in Columbus,

Georgia.  We are right on the border.
