Thank you Traci, big huge hands up for Diane, she and I file recipes and it's a

time consuming job at times but well worth every minute we spend doing it.  This

way everyone has access to all the wonderful recipes posted.

I just went over to the Files section of the website. All I can say is

WHOA!!! It's got EVERYTHING you could want in your vegetarian arsenal.

Seriously. I've only been reading the list, but holy cannoli, if you

haven't gone over there, you should... I had no idea what I was

missing.

 

And, thanks to those who compiled such a great resource...
