PS: I just realized that my pineapple was canned in juice--not syrup. I

liked it this way-- not as sweet but still really good.

 

And yes, like everyone else, I had to try this right when it came out

of the oven...

I used pineapple in it's own juice, I'm a sugar junkie and it was plenty sweet

to us.

I think that would be the best way to make it.
