Okara burger patty whatever recipe

Hi,

 

I would like to know if anyone likes this.

 

Can of garbanzo beans, smashed in food processor or some other way.

 

Add and process:

 

About 1/2 cup okara (the amount you would get from 1 qt-1 1/2 qt soymilk)

2 tbspn olive oil

tsp plus garlic powder

tsp plus onion powder

1/2tsp or dash sage

tsp plus paprika

2 squirts lemon juice

2 tbspn soy sauce

1/2 tsp or dash thyme

 

I save this in a jar until I am going to fry it.

 

Then, add rolled oats until thick.

 

Fry in olive oil.

 

I am new to this, so I hope there is someone else who likes this too. I am not

really good with measurements.

 

I welcome any revisions or constructive comments.
