Self Frosting Pineapple-Coconut Cake--UnVeganized!

I made two of them, one for the neighbor and one for my family.

This is one of the best pastry recipes I've come across in quite a

while.

I made them just as recipe was posted.

Since there is no sugary frosting it's delicious with a cup of coffee

or tea early in the day.

I've got to try this dessert. I'll try it with 2 large egg whites

instead of a full egg and puff it up even more.
