It's been so long since I've had pancakes...these came out very very good The recipe is from a woman named Kim Shields. She and her husband make vegan cooking videos. You can find them on you tube by entering her name in the search. Maple Brown Sugar Pancakes 1 1/2 Cups Flour 2 tsp Baking Powder 1/2 tsp Salt 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 Cup Soy Milk (vanilla) - I just used light plain. Sift dry ingredients together. Mix in wet ingredients. Heat up 1 Tbsp of Vegetable Oil in a pan and cook pancake. Simple. --Jill Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
