After I mix the cheese sauce and cooked noodles together, while hot, I stir in raw eggs that I've mixed together well with a fork first. Stir it the whole time you are adding in the eggs and continue for a minute or so, so it doesn't cook into scrambled eggs. I also sprinkle extra cheese on top..... It is very good.
