Judith replacing food items

That all depends. For me nothing takes the place of a plate of

scrambled eggs on Sunday morning with cheese melted on top. Or a

nice souffle, angel food cake or meringue on top of a lemon pie or

parmesan cheese.

Judith, I agree with you. There are so many vegan alternatives that

make it so easy! A tofu scramble is so tasty and beats real eggs

for me any day! And don't worry, no one on this list will be

upset because you're vegan. There are vegetarians AND vegans on

this list!
